Hi, my name is Marlene J. Yeo, and I have served in my home, marketplace, and church for over a half-century. The Ministry of Transformation Leadership Coaching was born out of a passion for investing in individuals of all ages willing to invest in themselves.
There is so much work to do that sometimes, the demands precede the leaders’ wellbeing. When the investment in ourselves as a leader is minimal, we can’t expect the maximum outcome. This lack of investment in us and others often leads to disappointment, disillusionment, and burnout in the home, marketplace, and church.
My mission is to teach, train, mentor, and coach individuals for one year who are willing to learn the art of living, loving, and leading well.

Now accepting applications for 2025 classes- deadline December 1, 2024
TLC consists of six-month leadership sessions meeting every other month for one year on Thursday evening from 6:30-9:00 pm. Classes held in person at 105 Princeton BLVD., Lowell, MA.
Cost $100.00 registration fee and $25.00 per week for each in person session. $100.00 every other month total $700.00.
In-person sessions– February, April, June, August, October and December.
Practicum months – January, March, May, July, September and November are the space and time set apart to implement the leadership skills learned during each in-person month. Zoom meeting during practicum months.

- Session #1 – Emotionally Healthy Spirituality -leading from the inside out.
- Session #2 – Navigating personality, cultural and gender differences.
- Session #3 -Thriving, not just surviving the challenges of leadership.
- Session #4 -Conflict resolution, healthy boundaries, and self-care.
- Session #5 – Square peg in a round hole- gifting talent and creativity, in the home, the marketplace, the community and the local church.
- Session #6 – How to start, build and release ministry in the local church or nonprofit using the biblical model in Acts chapters 1-2, Luke chapter 4, Luke 10:1-12 and 2 Timothy chapter 2.

Transformation Leadership Coaching sessions include:
- In person teaching, training, and coaching- limit 12 in person participants, (for those out of state zoom classes available) with pastor recommendation.
- Personal zoom coaching for registrants.
- 3 ring binder and handouts.
- Identifying gifting and anointing (supernatural grace to fulfill God’s purpose) in yourself and others.
- Practical hands-on training opportunities.
- How five-fold ministry in the local church and the marketplace works to bring a greater measure of blessing and success.
- 7 Habits of Highly Effective Leaders – the practical’s of leading yourself.
- Discovering the beauty and blessing of diversity in personalities.

PROCESS
Application is required with a recommendation from your local pastor, followed by a zoom interview to determine if the services provided fit your needs. Upon acceptance a $100.00 registration fee.
The end goal of this one-year investment is for each person to feel they are living, loving and leading their best life at home, in the community, and in the church.

History is His-Story
In 1999 I watched the first Transformation video produced by the Sentinel Group founder George Otis Jr,. www.sentinelgroup.org It was while watching the video I was apprehended by the Holy Spirit and was caught up into His-story for this mission sending city as a prayer compassion missionary. We started walking the streets of Haverhill doing random acts of kindness and serving people demonstrating the love and power of Jesus in a myriad of ways.
July 2002 at the Call NY prayer gathering I met Dr. Doug Stringer, the founder of SC America/International from Houston TX. He asked me what God was doing in my city. After telling him he said, “Marlene I sense the DNA of city transformation, I want to come to your city, walk the streets with you and see what God is saying,”
November 2002, He paid his own way to come. We called a pastor and leaders meeting. People came from Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. We walked the abandoned Bradford campus to seek the heart of the Father. It was at that time Dr. Stringer spoke the word of the Lord, that is was my assignment to gather the intercessors and pray on the campus to re-dig the wells of revival.
Right away we started praying every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As with any long spiritual battle, those who started the journey with us got weary in the waiting. In April 2004 I went to a prophetic conference in California. The word of the Lord spoken over me was, “Are you aware of Bradford College campus? I see you working hard digging with a little shovel, but you have hit ledge. You stick the shovel in the dirt, leaning on it, wiping your brow you say, “I am done! I can’t go any further!” The Lord says, “I know daughter, step aside, I have a bulldozer right behind you.”
Later, a little miffed at the Lord, I asked Him, “If You had a bulldozer why did I have to shovel?” His answer blew me away, “I never expected you to accomplish it, I just wanted you to be a part of what I was doing. I shared my heart for the land with you so you could celebrate with Me in the victory.”
During those five years of prayer walking the land of Bradford Campus God had given me a vision of a church plant specifically for the creative and performing artists, college and career age, entrepreneurs, business leaders, families and children. It would be a church with a burden for the city; and to raise up and train missionaries here in Haverhill to co-labor with the Lord to revive the church of New England, awaken the lost, and to see transformation and reformation throughout the entire region.
We have been privileged to share in His heart for this land and to celebrate with Him in the victory of the breakthrough here on the campus. In 2007 “Zion” now “Northpoint Bible College” took possession of the land for His kingdom purpose. In 2019 we had the great joy of planting Renaissance City Church. Named by the Lord and confirmed by the mayor who said “Haverhill, Massachusetts is a renaissance city in transformation.” Renaissance means a revival in the arts. Haverhill is an art city. History reveals His-Story
Bradford Academy- Founded in 1803, which eventually became Bradford College was one of New England’s earliest coeducational institutes that devoted itself exclusively to the education of women.

Pond https://archive.org/stream/bradfordanewengl028044mbp/bradfordanewengl028044mbp_djvu.txt “The tuition and student housing will be placed on so low terms as barely to defray the necessary expenses with the help of the interest of a considerable Fund appropriated for the purpose, so as every attention will be paid to form the minds of youth to virtuous and religious habits and secure them from every kind of immorality.”
The American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions (ABCFM) was organized June 29, 1810, in the church that stands today in Bradford Common, the same church God used to start Bradford Academy. It has carried the Gospel into many lands and ministered to millions through its churches, schools, and hospitals.”
At the celebration of the Centennial of the ABCFM, October 10, 1910, John R. Mott, spoke at the unveiling of the monument. “The great enterprise which we commemorate here today began as a student movement. It has preserved a close and sympathetic touch with the student centers of America. It has to a wonderful degree commanded the loyal following and devotion of students. I find among the students of the present the same loyalty to the Church of Jesus Christ which characterized those of the first generation.
I find the same inter-collegiate spirit and conviction as to the importance of united action in advancing the missionary enterprise. The first band of student volunteers had visions which they were unable to realize in their day visions, however, which the students of our day are realizing.”
By 1932, they evolved into a secular humanist School-Bradford College, one of the oldest alumni associations in the country. On November 19, 1999, its Board of Trustees announced that the 197-year-old liberal arts institution would close in May 2000.
God sent me as a compassion missionary to Haverhill Massachusetts with apostolic authority to preach the gospel, to decree and declare God’s revealed will and purpose for our city. Haverhill “the City of God” the city of firsts- originally named “Pentucket” a long and winding river.
Ezekiel 47:9 And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go, will live. There will be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters go there; for they will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river goes.

Haverhill is the first city in America
To establish a Christian school to educate girls for the mission field. To send the missionaries to foreign soil. For the first MACY’S day parade (Macy’s started downtown Haverhill). First city to erect a monument in honor of a woman. First city known as manufacturer of shoes for the nation and abroad.
Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!”
The battle is always for the first…the first born and the first fruits.

Northpoint heritage and history has collided with the heritage and history of Haverhill, Massachusetts for Kingdom purposes of birthing through prayer the 3rd great awakening in New England.
Our forefathers started “Bradford a New England School”…we must re-dig the wells of revival and contend for the student mission’s movement.
The Campus Timeline
In 1803 Bradford, A New England School named “Bradford Academy” was founded by a pastor and 30 of the congregants of the “First Church of Christ” here in Bradford, establishing Christian education for their daughters.
In May 1805, a teacher named Abraham Burnham arrived at Bradford Academy. He was used by God to start a revival on the campus that “even crossed the bridge” to ignite revival throughout the churches in the city.
In 1806 the Williamstown Haystack revival where 5 young men surrendered their lives to the call of God birthed a student volunteer global mission’s movement.

The students and faculty of NP stand at a time in your history positioned by God to be a part of birthing the next great awakening. The people of God in Haverhill, Massachusetts are standing in the valley of decision to be a part of what the Lord is doing.
Joel 3: 9-10, 14 Proclaim this among the nations:

We are called to a war that is bigger than us, against an adversary that is stronger than us. It is not an option……we must stay in the river of worship, prayer, and the Word. The battle is His, the victory is ours!
You were born for such a time as this! The book “The Eye of the Storm, Max Lucado writes, “When those who are called to fish don’t fish, they fight. When energy intended to be used outside is used inside, the result is explosive. Instead of casting nets, we cast stones, instead of being fishers of the lost, we become critics of the saved.”

From the next-door poor to the ravaged by war, the Lord pleads with His church to not ignore. We are called out of darkness by the blood of His Son. Sent on a mission He bids us to run. Run to the ones who need Him the most, The ones still in darkness in need of Holy Ghost. Sharing His love to heal their heart His anointing breaks yokes and tears strongholds apart. His power gives life, hope and peace. He chooses the ones willing to decrease. Letting go of their will, their way, and their plans. Those who will go… to rescue the lambs.
We wave the Appeal to Heaven flag The Tree of Peace is a native American symbol of powerful and timely ideas about human relations and social order, about the alignment of Human Law with Spiritual Law and Natural Law.
Patrick Henry, March 23, 1775 “Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death.”
An Appeal to Heaven Flag was the first flag to be raised in America the year was 1775 and our country was just about to face their greatest battle on American soil, it was the beginning of the American Revolution under President George Washington’s leadership. On November 4, 1789, Washington was on a “triumphant circuit” touring New England which brought him to Haverhill.
Thus, the reason God established a beachhead of prayer on the corner of 358 Washington Street and Shepherd Street. Numbers and names have significant spiritual meanings. Jesus the Great Shepherd and….
3 Father, Son, Holy Spirit 5 Grace and favor 8 new beginnings
The name ‘Washington’ serves as a symbol of leadership, courage, and patriotism.
While the etymology of the name ‘Washington’ points to its literal meaning as an estate or settlement, there are also other ways to interpret its significance to represent a form of power and authority, as the root word ‘wassing’ can be translated as ‘to wash away’ or ‘to cleanse.’
The full meaning of the name is “Homestead of the Wise”. This originates from the Latin word “wassa”, which means “wise”, and the Old English word “inga” which means “homestead”. The name Washington is derived from the combination of these two words.
The name ‘Washington’ has become synonymous with leadership and excellence, inspiring countless individuals to strive for greatness in their own lives. Whether in the fields of politics, business, or the arts, the name continues to serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration for all who seek to make a positive impact on the world.
The spiritual meaning of the name Washington is not found in the Bible but could be seen as strife in the settlement, or battle-ready settlement. It could also refer to the struggle of establishing a settlement or the need to be prepared to defend it against enemies.
The Lord extends an invitation to His Ecclesia to join Him in intercession in the battle for the restoration of the land and the people.
Before Jesus called Lazarus out of the tomb, He instructed those present to remove the stone. After He raised Lazarus, He instructed those present to remove Lazarus grave clothes. As intercessors our assignment is to remove the stones for the Lord to resurrect what is dead; and to loose the grave clothes of those the Lord raised to life. Ref. John 11:38-44.
He invites us to be a part of His great plan for the Northpoint Campus renovation of the Gibson Hall (formerly Denworth Hall). This building represents the raging battle for a generation who have been taken captive by demonic spirits that twist and pervert the minds and hearts of a generation.
